Deepfakes, fake influencers and low-quality AI: where we draw the line

The internet is filling up with mass-produced generated content. Why we are going the opposite way.

I hope a limit is set soon, very soon. There have been attempts to regulate the situation, with very poor results. Maybe it has even got worse.

What I see every day

Today the internet is flooded. Graphics made with GPT for every kind of party and fair, fake influencers who want to look strange and copy TikTok dances or whatever trend they find. It is very hard to find quality work without being buried by everything else.

I understand evolution and progress, but I cannot accept all this server work and all this energy being used to saturate communication. You open a social app and you are bombarded with very low-quality content.

The token game

I would add something people rarely mention: a kind of online gambling with tokens. Platforms that keep asking you for money for more tokens, one attempt after another.

Deepfakes

Deepfakes are a separate matter. You should not take a famous person and make them do things they never did, like a TV host singing on stage. It raises a smile, and it is fine that it does, but it is just as dangerous. Very dangerous.

We do not make deepfakes of famous people. When a real person appears in our videos they have signed a release, and in most cases the face is mine. We label every video made with AI because we follow the AI Act and adapt to the rules that exist: we explain it on the use of AI page.

Our direction

I am not crazy about being called a studio that makes videos with AI. We use the newest technologies, the ones we consider best and most efficient, to reach the best possible result for the client. Our models are the biggest production studios and the greatest directors in the world.

We are not interested in standard videos. We want viewers to feel something strong, we want the video to leave a mark. There is a lot of talk about AI slop and low-quality content: I would like NNZN to be known for the opposite. Our work is on the Work page.
